could someone plz explain me whats so good about low health?

plz dont flame me cuz im a noob i just want to know im my eyes low health cant be a good thing but i read so much about it and still dont get why its so great

ok with 55 health combined with protect spirit the guys only can do 5 damage to u, so that combined with healing breeze makes ur health regen almost instantly wen u get hit, its kinda hard to explain, the best thing to do is use it urself

Depends on what you're farming. e.g. an all warrior build can solo farm some things that a 55 monk cannot. There's so many farming builds out there and each will have advantages and disadvantages over one another.

Better? In what sense? Faster kill rate? cheaper setup cost? easier to handle?
